Brian Fine

Brian worked as a Superintendent for a large home builder from 1997 to 2001. His love for handing over the keys grew, but his disdain for corner cutting grew along with it.

That is when he resigned and began FCI. He began with remodeling and additions in a large scale. In 2004 alone, Brian superintended the remodel of 124 aged homes to better than FHA Standards for quality.

Brian loves people and producing a quality product that becomes his reputation. Since then, Brian has worked with commercial clients such as T-Mobile, iBeta, and Spicy Pickle Franchise.

Bob Fine

Bob worked as a laborer in High School and interned with a local firm before graduating from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management. This KSU program is among the top in the country still boasting a rare 100% job placement for graduates.

Upon graduation, Bob worked more than 5 years for Alliance Construction Solutions in Fort Collins, Colorado. Bob worked his way into many different positions as a Field Engineer, Superintendent, Estimator, and finally Managed Business Development for Alliance. To date Bob has been involved in the management of over $32Million of Commercial and Residential Projects.

Bob is very detail oriented and enjoys the culture of a smaller company where he can bring a solid reputation, corporate professionalism, and expertise to every project.
